Usage analytics
The Usage Analytics dashboard shows aggregate activity across your organization. Use it to understand adoption, measure engagement, and identify which agents and models your team relies on most.Queries over time
The main chart shows the total number of queries per day over the selected time range. Below the daily total, you can see:- Total likes: Queries where a user gave a thumbs-up response.
- Total dislikes: Queries where a user gave a thumbs-down response.
Active users over time
The Users tab shows the number of distinct users who sent at least one query on each day. This helps you track adoption and see whether usage is growing, steady, or declining.Agent (assistant) analytics
For each agent in your organization, Hadiq.io tracks:- Daily message count: How many messages that agent received per day.
- Unique users per day: How many distinct users interacted with the agent each day.
- Total messages and total unique users over the selected period.
Slack bot analytics
If you have the Hadiq.io Slack bot enabled, the Slack tab shows daily query volume through Slack and the auto-resolution rate — queries that were answered without a user requesting further clarification.Adjusting the time range
All charts default to the last 30 days. Use the date range pickers to narrow or expand the window. Analytics data is stored for as long as query history is retained.Query history
Query History lets you review the full content of individual conversations across your organization. Use it to audit responses, investigate reported issues, and understand how users are phrasing their queries.1
Open Query History
Go to Admin > Analytics > Query History.
2
Browse or filter sessions
Sessions are listed in reverse chronological order. Filter by:
- Date range: Set a start and end date.
- Feedback: Show only sessions where a user left a thumbs-up or thumbs-down.
3
View a session
Click any session to expand the full conversation — including each user message, the assistant’s response, the agent used, and any source documents cited.
Query history visibility depends on your instance’s retention configuration. If query history has been disabled or set to anonymized mode by your administrator, user emails are replaced with a placeholder and session-level lookup is restricted.
Viewing history for a specific user
To see all sessions for a particular user:- Go to Admin > Users and open the user’s profile.
- Click View Query History to see all sessions associated with that account.
Exporting data
Data export requires the Enterprise plan.
1
Open Query History
Go to Admin > Analytics > Query History.
2
Start an export
Click Export. Optionally set a start and end date to scope the export to a specific time window. Then click Start Export.
3
Download the file
Hadiq.io processes the export in the background. Once it is ready, the export appears in the exports list with a Download button. Large exports may take a few minutes.
